If the quality of the goods you received is bad
It happens very rarely, but sometimes a book gets damaged by the postal service in the process of its shipment, or there is an imperfection in printing.
- Inform us about the problem, and we shall send you a new book ASAP.
- You can also ask for a full refund if the quality of the goods you receive is faulty. The refund will be given to you quickly.
To receive a new book or a full refund, you will have to mail the rejected book back to us. In this case we shall also reimburse the return shipment cost of the book to our address.
In case you did not like the book
We believe that 50 pages of the book posted on this Web site are enough to get an idea of the book. Yet, in any case, we would respect your right to return the book if it did not meet your expectations.
- Inform us of your intent to return the book.
- Mail the book back to us (the shipment cost is paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed).
- You will receive the full refund for the book when we receive it.
Returns are possible within 10 days after receipt of your goods.
