The Art of Negotiation

This training course is dedicated to the study of methods of “managerial duels” and negotiating strategies:

  • Learn 12 criteria to assess the effectiveness of the negotiator’s skills;
  • Study 25 negotiation methods;
  • Participate in mini “managerial duels.”

Working with Objections or “Verbal Aikido”

The training is aimed at the strategies of facing the objections:

  • Get acquainted with the general scheme of facing the objections;
  • Learn 8-10 methods of “Verbal Aikido”;
  • Practice the acquired skills.
